Hi Amy,

Getting 4 hours of sleep is going to take its toll. Your doctor can help you determine the best approach to dealing with sleeplessness. Some techniques can help but sometimes underlying medical conditions can interfere with your ability to sleep. This can lead to further medical complications.

Thomas,

Medical issues will cause a reduction in the body's ability to sleep. As I'm sure you know, the body has a very difficult time functioning without a full night's sleep.

Thanks for taking the time to share your situation.
